McGaghey joined Williams Lea in 2017 and is the company’s, Chief Financial Officer. McGaghey has extensive experience in finance and accounting and has worked in Ireland, the US, and Canada. In October 2018, Williams Lea Tag announced that it had acquired the Belfast City Business Park from Belfast Harbour Commissioners. The company will spend £5 million on the redevelopment of its new acquisition. As a result of this acquisition, McGaghey joined the Williams Lea Tagboard. In 2017 McGaghey was appointed as CFO of Williams Lea Group, and in 2018 he was appointed as a director of Williams Lea Tag. He is responsible for the financial reporting, treasury, and group risk management functions. In addition, he is a member of the remuneration committee and is responsible for the company’s internal and external audit arrangements.
